2024 Return Filed 1/22 - TurboTax Shows Received but Not Accepted - PATH Act Delay?
Filed my taxes through TurboTax on January 22nd. The app shows my return was received but hasnt been accepted yet. I claimed EIC and im wondering if this is just because of the PATH act or if I messed something up on my return. Starting to get worried since other people are getting accepted already.

Tax pro here - This is 100% normal for PATH Act claims. IRS won't begin processing returns with EITC until mid-February. You'll likely see movement around Feb 15th. Nothing to worry about!

Try checking your transcript on the IRS website instead of TT. Sometimes it updates faster there
