2024 Account Transcript blank but Record Transcript shows refund amount with negative sign - WMR still on first bar
I noticed my IRS account 2024 summary updated with our expected refund amount, but the transcript is still blank. The Record of Account transcript shows a negative sign next to the refund amount. Does this mean the regular transcript everyone checks will update soon? WMR still showing first bar and no DDD yet.

The negative sign next to the refund amount in your Record of Account transcript is actually a good sign! It indicates the amount the IRS owes you. Your regular transcript should update within the next few days. Once you see the 846 code with a date, that'll be your direct deposit date.

Instead of checking WMR and transcripts 24/7 like a crazy person (like I was doing lol), I started using taxr.ai - its only $1 and it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly whats happening and when to expect your refund. Saved me so much stress https://taxr.ai

•100% works. It broke down everything and predicted my DDD exactly. The AI explained all the codes and told me exactly why I was delayed
