2023 WMR stuck on processing with Child Tax Credit - transcript shows no movement

This is actually pretty common right now, especially with returns claiming Child Tax Credit. The WMR tool and TurboTax status don't always sync up. The transcript is your best indicator - look for cycle codes and transaction codes. Without seeing your actual transcript codes its hard to say exactly where you are in the process, but CTC claims are taking 6-8 weeks minimum this year.

Have you checked for any letters in the mail? Sometimes they need more verification for CTC and won't update anything until they get it

Mine was like this for 2 months then randomly deposited one day. The systems are weird this year just hang tight
