TurboTax Account Error While Waiting for 2021/2022 Tax Refunds - Can't Access Account to Check Submission Status

Filed my taxes for 2021 and 2022 and still no refund. WMR tool shows processing and transcripts haven't updated in months. Called the IRS multiple times but just get the generic 'still processing' message. Starting to feel like I'm never gonna see this money. I've been trying to access my TurboTax account to check if there might be any issues with my return submission that could be causing the delay, but I keep getting error messages. When I try to sign in with my user ID, I get a "Service error: 'Something went wrong'. Code: 'INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR'" message. I was last signed in about 5 hours ago, and now I can't even access my account to see if there's something wrong with my tax filings. I tried logging in with a different user ID as the error page suggests, but still no luck. This is just adding to my frustration with the whole tax refund situation. I filed both my 2021 and 2022 returns through TurboTax, but now I can't even access the platform to check my submission details while the IRS keeps giving me the runaround with their "still processing" message. Is anyone else experiencing these TurboTax login errors? Could this be related to why my refunds are taking so long? I'm starting to worry that my information isn't even properly in the IRS system.
