Normally around 1-2 hour hold after you get the callback. It’s frustrating but keep holding.

I've been trying to reach GDOL for weeks now and it's incredibly frustrating. The hold times are absolutely ridiculous - sometimes I wait 3+ hours just to get disconnected. Has anyone had success calling at a specific time of day? I've tried early morning, lunch time, and late afternoon with no luck. Really need to get through to resolve an issue with my claim status.
