Who actually is responsible for unlocking my Bank of America debit card? I keep getting the run around from both ends. is telling me they can release a due to fraud, but the debit card itself is up to the Bank. I have had my card froze. I cant access my money nor any records/statements. That sounds more of a banks doing. Apparently, i should be getting my in mailed checks until my debit card becomes active. Im so confused. gave me 4 different stories each time i called. So it feels like it could be with the bull. Bank of America just tells me they cant unfreeze accounts. Call the EDD. omg wth
