I'm actually dealing with a similar situation and was wondering if anyone knows how long it typically takes for EDD to process mailed documents to that San Jose PO Box? I sent some paperwork there about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back yet. Also, @Katie Lopez - do you happen to know if there s'a way to track whether they ve'received mailed documents, or if it s'better to call and confirm receipt? I m'a bit nervous about important paperwork getting lost in the mail system.
