Yes I'm back in thank God tier 1 answered within 10 minutes and unfortunately he couldn't fix my problem so he transferred me to tier 2 now I'm waiting for an answer

They were supposed to send u the text right after call was dropped and ur supposed to reply yes and then they call u back you don't need to do anything but wait for the call they called me back withins 5 mins

First time trying it but so far working the only thing that sucks is the call dropping after 2 hrs and talking to someone in tier 2

I'm 2 hrs down waiting still to talk to a representative in tier 2
