Stuck on hold with EDD for certification issue - any tips to actually reach a human?

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my certification and I'm not sure what to do. I've been trying to get through to someone on the phone but it's been impossible. Every time I call, I just get stuck on hold forever. Has anyone had any luck getting through to a real person? I'm starting to feel really frustrated and don't know what my next steps should be. Any advice would be appreciated!

Have you tried using their online portal? Sometimes you can get your certification issues resolved without having to talk to anyone. It's worth a shot before you lose your mind trying to get through on the phone.

Listen up, I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. I know this sounds crazy, but have you tried faxing them? I did that out of desperation and somehow got a response within a week. Might be worth a shot if you're really stuck.
