EDD Claim Processing Nightmare: Can't Get Through on Phone. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my claim processing. I've been trying to get through to someone on the phone but keep getting disconnected. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to actually speak with a real person? It's so frustrating!
