PFL update taking forever - 3 weeks and no response. Anyone else?

Anyone else frustrated with PFL updates? It's been 3 weeks since I applied and still nothing. They don't seem to care about us getting paid. This delay is causing me serious financial stress. Has anyone had any luck getting through to them or receiving any kind of update?

I found a way to solve PFL payment delays issues, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-y3t3Gs484o

Ugh, I feel you. I've been waiting for 5 weeks now. Its ridiculous how slow they are. Have you tried calling them? I've been trying to get through but no luck so far.

I've tried calling but keep getting a busy signal. It's like they don't want us to reach them at all. 😤

Same boat here. Been calling non-stop for days. This system is a joke.

Pro tip: try calling right when they open. I got through once that way, but then they just told me to keep waiting. 🙄

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Sounds too good to be true. Does it really work? $20 seems steep just to make a phone call.

Yeah, it actually does work. I was skeptical too, but after weeks of trying to get through, it was worth it for me. Got my issue resolved in one call.

Idk man, paying to talk to a government agency feels wrong. Shouldn't this be free?

I get that, but think about how much time and stress it saves. For me, it was worth every penny.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they update there before sending any notices.

3 weeks? You're still in for a long wait, buddy. I've been waiting for 2 months now. The system is completely broken.

2 months?! That's insane. How are you managing financially?

Barely scraping by. Had to borrow money from family. This whole situation is a nightmare.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with PFL for years: 1. Be persistent. Call every day if you have to. 2. Document everything. Keep a log of all your calls and interactions. 3. Check your online account regularly for updates. 4. If possible, reach out to your local representative. They can sometimes help speed things up. 5. Make sure all your paperwork is in order and submitted correctly. 6. Be prepared for long wait times. The system is overwhelmed. 7. Consider using a paid service to get through on the phone if you're really stuck. Remember, patience is key. It's frustrating, but hang in there. 💪

Has anyone tried faxing their office? I heard from a friend that sometimes that gets a faster response.
