Hi Katrina,
What exactly do you mean by disappeared? Like you don’t see the anymore?

That’s weird, I’ve never heard of it just disappearing. Maybe the is down? I say give it till tomorrow, if you don’t see it try to speak with technical support. (1-833-978-2511) if they can’t help then speaking with an SDI rep.
Do you mean is it unable to log on or is disappeared? I would suggest to refresh to try again in an hour and if still not working, I would call SDI.

Oh, you are able to log in but is claim gone or payment is gone?
If you can share your screenshot how it appears, (avoid an sensitive area), It would be better to answer.
Actually, either claim issue or technical issue, best would be speaking with Edd SDI agent.
Thank you for sharing a screenshot with issue.
Is it gone after you uploaded a new document (new form)? I think your submitted form was gone.
If I were you, I would wait a few hours to try again or check until tomorrow as Leilani said.
It’s good to keep those for an evidence, anyway.
To all those having trouble reaching a human at California Unemployment. I just ran across this video that gave me a shortcut to reach a human. Hope it helps! https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI
This is for extension SDI claims. From my understanding when you’re able to log in and try to check your claim and get an error message and you can still see your maximum benefit but unable to see the last payment sent. That means your claim is being worked on. Or if you don’t get the error message and the same scenario the last benefit payment is gone. Your claim is being working on. This happened to me and a few days later my benefits were updated and the funds were sent to my bank account. So if you keep checking and your last benefit payment keeps disappearing and reappearing. Your claim is being worked on the is fluctuating your new income. This is what I was told and this is what happened to me.
I had a similar issue where my SDI claim completely disappeared from my online account. After panicking for a few days, I called the SDI technical support line at 1-833-978-2511. It turned out there was a glitch that was affecting multiple accounts. They were able to restore my claim information within 24 hours of my call.
If waiting another day doesn't resolve it, definitely call that number - they can see your claim on their end even when it's not showing up in your online portal. Make sure to have your Social Security number and any claim numbers you might have written down ready when you call.
Hope this helps and that your claim reappears soon!
Thank you so much for sharing this, Natalie! This is really helpful to know that it could be a glitch affecting multiple accounts. I've been dealing with a similar issue where my claim just vanished from my online portal yesterday. It's reassuring to hear that the technical support team can actually see the claim on their end even when we can't see it online. I'm going to try calling that number tomorrow if it doesn't reappear. Did they mention how common this type of glitch is, or if there are certain times when the is more prone to these issues?
