Hey Elizabeth is there a way I can communicate with you one on one? You helped me a lot this morning but I have one more question bc I got an email stating I need to submit docs even tho I’ve already and messaged the assembly member since I haven’t gotten the money yet. When I click the link to upload docs it doesn’t show up on the website. I’m wondering if I should just wait for the assembly member or call edd and see if that’s all I need to do now or ask what should I do next ?

I appreciate the gesture but I do not work for EDD or claimyr, I am a regular person that advises based on my experiences and others 😊🙈 that's weird that the link is having issues like that. You can try to call EDD which you can if money isn't a concern to use claimyr (or if you have your ) otherwise you can update the assembly member and see how they can help.

I'm in a similar situation waiting for my identity verification to be processed. From what I've read in other posts here, it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on how backed up they are. Some people have had success calling after 24-48 hours since the documents should show up in their system by then, and a Tier 2 rep might be able to expedite the process. I'd recommend checking your UI Online account regularly for any status updates and be patient - I know it's frustrating when you need the funds! Keep us posted on how it goes.
