I don’t use anything online so I contacted the EDD via their phone line and I created a claim successfully. I faxed in my ID documents and was pending for 4 weeks. Today I got a text from 51074 EDD number that my identity was verified. I immediately called the EDD and they can’t pull up any claim with my social. Even My PUA pandemic claim was no where to be found. Please help seems like my claim vanished. WHAT AM I TO DO?
