EDD UI Portal: Trouble Verifying Certification Weeks - Need Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my UI certification weeks. I've been trying to certify but I'm not sure if everything is going through correctly. Has anyone else had issues with this? I'm worried I might be missing some weeks or there might be a problem with my account. Any advice on how to check my certification status or make sure all my weeks are submitted properly?

Ugh, been there done that. The UI portal can be such a pain sometimes. Have you tried logging in and checking your claim history? That usually shows all the weeks you've certified for.

Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a try. Do you know if there's a way to see if any weeks are pending or if there are any issues?

Yeah, when you look at your claim history, it should show the status of each week. If it says 'paid' you're good, but if it says 'pending' or 'disqualified' you might have an issue.

I swear, the EDD system is held together with duct tape and prayers 🤦♂️ It's ridiculous how often people have issues with something as simple as certifying weeks.

For real tho! 💯 You'd think with all the tech we have nowadays, they could make a system that actually works.

Lol duct tape and prayers. That's giving them too much credit. More like silly putty and wishful thinking 🤣

Hey, I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

I get the skepticism, but yeah, it's legit. I was desperate after trying for weeks to get through. It's not cheap, but it saved me so much time and stress.

Wait, we have to PAY to talk to EDD now? That's messed up. 😤

I hear ya, but think about how much time you waste trying to call them yourself. For me, it was worth it to just get it done.

Here's what you need to do to check your certification status and ensure all weeks are submitted correctly: 1. Log into your UI Online account 2. Go to 'Claim History' - this shows all weeks you've certified for 3. Check the status of each week: - 'Paid' means it's processed - 'Pending' means it's still being reviewed - 'Disqualified' means there's an issue you need to resolve 4. If you see missing weeks, go to 'Certify for Benefits' and see if you can submit them 5. Check your inbox for any messages from EDD 6. If you find any issues, call EDD immediately Remember, you usually have to certify every two weeks. Set a reminder on your phone so you don't forget. If you miss a certification deadline, you might have to reopen your claim. If you're still unsure, calling EDD is your best bet. Yes, it's a pain to get through, but they can give you the most accurate info about your specific situation. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

I feel your pain, OP. I've been dealing with certification issues for months now. It's like trying to nail jello to a wall. 😫

Lots of patience and persistence. And maybe a few grey hairs 😅 Just keep at it, document everything, and don't be afraid to ask for help.

Pro tip: take screenshots of everything when you certify. It's saved my butt more than once when EDD claimed I didn't submit something.
