Thanks for sharing this resource! As someone who's been struggling to get through to for weeks, I'm willing to try anything at this point. Has anyone here actually used Claimyr successfully? I'm curious about the experience - do they really get through faster than calling yourself, and how long does the whole process typically take? The $5 is nice, but I'm more interested in whether it actually works. Would love to hear from anyone who's tried it!

@Ava Williams I haven t'used Claimyr personally, but I ve'been following this community for a while and have seen mixed reviews. Some people swear by it and say it saved them hours of calling, while others mention it can still take a while depending on s' volume that day. One thing I ve'noticed is that the 48-hour callback window seems to be key - it gives you multiple attempts rather than just one shot. Have you tried the YouTube methods that @Tom Maxon shared? Those might be worth trying first since they re free.'If those don t work,'then maybe the Claimyr service could be worth the cost. Just my two cents as someone who s been'in the same boat!

Just wanted to add my experience here - I actually used Claimyr about a month ago when I was stuck in pending status for 6 weeks. It cost me around $20 after the discount, but honestly it was worth every penny. They got through to within about 3 hours on my first callback attempt, and the representative was able to resolve my identity verification issue that had been holding up my payments. The whole process from signing up to getting my issue resolved took less than a day, compared to the weeks I spent trying to myself. For anyone on the fence about it, I'd say if you've been trying for more than a few days with no luck, it's definitely worth considering. Time is money when you're unemployed!

@Isaiah Sanders Thanks for sharing your actual experience! That s'exactly what I needed to hear. 6 weeks stuck in pending sounds absolutely awful, so I can totally understand why $20 would feel worth it to get that resolved quickly. I m'currently at about 2 weeks of trying to get through myself with no luck, and my patience is definitely wearing thin. The fact that they got through in just 3 hours on the first callback is impressive - that s'way better than the 8+ hours I ve'been spending on hold just to get disconnected. I think I m'going to give the free YouTube methods a shot first like @Mateo Silva suggested, but if those don t work'by the end of the week, I ll definitely'consider using the Claimyr service. Really appreciate everyone sharing their experiences here!

I've been lurking in this community for a while dealing with my own nightmare, and this thread is so helpful! I've been stuck in pending status for about 3 weeks now and have probably spent 40+ hours trying to get through on my own with zero success. Reading @Isaiah Sanders' experience with actually getting results in 3 hours is really encouraging. I'm definitely going to try the free YouTube methods @Tom Maxon shared first, but it's reassuring to know there's a backup option that people have had success with. Has anyone noticed if certain days or times work better for these services, or is it pretty much the same regardless? Also wondering if the identity verification issues are the most common thing these services help resolve, or if they handle other types of claim problems too?

@Amara Torres I feel your pain - 40+ hours is absolutely exhausting! From what I ve'seen in this community, Claimyr and similar services seem to handle all kinds of issues, not just identity verification. I ve'read posts about people using them for stuck payments, interview scheduling, disqualification appeals, and overpayment issues too. As for timing, I haven t'noticed a clear pattern, but some folks mention that earlier in the week Tuesday-Thursday (might) be slightly better since tends to be swamped on Mondays and Fridays. That said, with how backed up the system is, I think it s'more about persistence than perfect timing. Definitely try those free YouTube tricks first though - even if they only work 20% of the time, that s'still better odds than what most of us are getting with regular calling!

This is really valuable info, thanks for sharing @Elizabeth Pinedo! I'm currently dealing with a claim that's been stuck for over a month and I'm at my wit's end with the regular phone lines. Quick question - does the $5 apply automatically when using your link, or is there a promo code I need to enter? Also, for anyone who's used similar callback services before, do they work with all types of issues or just certain ones? I'm dealing with a weird situation where my claim shows as "paid" but I never received any payments, so I'm hoping this could help me get some actual answers from a human representative.

@Sofia Ramirez That paid "but" no actual payment situation is so frustrating! I ve'seen that issue come up in this community before and it usually requires speaking to a specialist to figure out if it s'a bank routing issue, a hold on the account, or something else entirely. From what I ve'read about these callback services, they should be able to help with pretty much any issue since they re'just getting you connected to the same representatives you d'reach by calling directly - the advantage is they do the waiting for you. As for the discount, when @Elizabeth Pinedo shares a referral like that, the typically applies automatically when you sign up through it, but it s always'worth double-checking at checkout. Your situation definitely sounds like something that needs human intervention to resolve, so whether you try the free methods first or go straight to a paid service, getting through to someone should hopefully get you some real answers!

As someone new to this community and dealing with my first unemployment claim, this thread has been incredibly eye-opening! I've been trying to reach for about 10 days now with no success, and I had no idea there were services like Claimyr or even YouTube tutorials that could help. My claim has been stuck on "pending" since I first filed, and I was starting to think I was doing something wrong. Reading everyone's experiences here - especially @Isaiah Sanders getting through in 3 hours after 6 weeks of trying - gives me hope that there are actual solutions out there. I'm definitely going to start with the free YouTube methods @Tom Maxon shared, but it's reassuring to know there's a backup plan if those don't work. Thank you @Elizabeth Pinedo for sharing this resource and everyone else for sharing your real experiences. This community seems like such a lifeline for people navigating this confusing system!

@Isabella Santos Welcome to the community! Your situation sounds exactly like what so many of us have been through - that pending "status" can be really stressful when you re'not sure what s'happening. You re'definitely not doing anything wrong; the system is just incredibly overwhelmed right now. It s'great that you found this thread because having multiple options free (YouTube methods plus the paid callback services as backup really) takes some of the pressure off. I ve'been in this community for a few months now and I can say it s'been invaluable for learning about resources like these and just knowing you re'not alone in dealing with s'challenges. Don t'get discouraged if the first method you try doesn t'work - persistence seems to be key with this whole process. Keep us posted on how it goes, and feel free to ask questions - everyone here has been super helpful in my experience!

I've been following this discussion and just wanted to chime in as someone who finally got through to last week after months of trying! I actually used a combination approach - started with the YouTube methods @Tom Maxon shared (which helped me understand the best times to and which prompts to use), and when those didn't work after a few days, I decided to try a callback service similar to Claimyr. The whole experience really opened my eyes to how broken the system is, but also how these community resources can be lifesavers. For anyone still on the fence, I'd say try the free methods for 3-4 days max, then seriously consider the paid options if you're not making progress. When you're unemployed, sometimes spending $20-25 to save weeks of stress and uncertainty is absolutely worth it. The mental health aspect alone made it worthwhile for me. Thanks to everyone sharing their experiences here - this community has been more helpful than any official resource I've found!

@Connor Murphy Congratulations on finally getting through! Your combination approach sounds really smart - trying the free methods first to learn the system, then moving to paid services when needed. I m'just starting this journey myself and feeling pretty overwhelmed by all the different options, but your point about the mental health aspect really resonates. The stress of not knowing what s'happening with your claim while bills keep coming is intense. I think I ll'follow your timeline suggestion of giving the free YouTube methods 3-4 days before considering the callback services. It s'reassuring to hear from someone who actually made it through the whole process successfully. Did you end up getting your issues resolved in that first call, or did it take multiple attempts even after getting through to a human?
