PFL benefits not paid yet - EDD sent notices but no $. Help!

Ugh, I feel ya. I went through the same thing last year. Have you tried calling EDD? Sometimes they need additional info but don't tell you until you actually get someone on the phone.

Consider contacting your state representative's office. They often have liaisons who can help with EDD issues. 6. Be patient but persistent. The system is overwhelmed, but keep following up. Pro tip: if you can't get thru on the main line, try calling some of the other EDD numbers (like the employer line) and ask to be transferred. Worked for me!

Anyone else notice that EDD seems to move faster if you bug them on social media? I tweeted at them every day for a week and suddenly my claim started moving. Coincidence? 🤔
