No response to family plan application after months - what to do?
I sent in my family plan application twice, once in December and again in January, but I haven't heard anything back. No email, no letter, nothing. It's been months and I'm starting to worry. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do next? I just want to know what's going on with my application.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been in the same boat. Have you tried calling them? It's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get answers.

•I've tried calling but I can never get through. It's so frustrating! 😤

•Pro tip: call right when they open. You might have to wait on hold for a while, but at least you'll get through eventually.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Does it really work?

•Yeah, it does! I was skeptical at first too, but I was desperate. It saved me hours of frustration.

•$20 seems steep just to make a phone call. 🤔

•I get it, but for me, it was worth it. Time is money, and I was wasting so much time trying to get through.

Here's what you need to do: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of when you submitted your applications and any attempts to contact them. 2. Try reaching out through multiple channels - phone, email, and even social media if they have accounts. 3. Check your spam folder regularly. Sometimes important emails end up there. 4. If you still can't get through, consider contacting your local representative. They often have channels to expedite these issues. 5. Be persistent but polite. It's frustrating, but remember the person you eventually talk to isn't personally responsible for the delay. Hope this helps! Keep us updated on how it goes.

•This is solid advice. I'd add: make sure you're using the correct forms and filling everything out properly. One small mistake can cause big delays.

Have you checked their website? Sometimes they have a portal where you can check the status of your application online.

I had a similar issue last year. Turns out they had my old address on file and all the correspondence was going there. Double-check they have your correct contact info!

•This happened to me too! Such a simple thing but it caused so much hassle.
