FMLA benefits unpaid since Sept, timecard unprocessed for 2 months - hung up on when asking why

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Been waiting since October for my benefits. It's like they don't even care about us. I've called so many times I've lost count. 😤

Consider contacting a lawyer who specializes in FMLA cases if nothing else works. Stay persistent and don't give up. It's your right to receive these benefits!

I'm an HR manager and I see this all the time. Unfortunately, FMLA claims can get really backed up, especially if there's any discrepancy in the paperwork. Make sure all your docs are in order and keep pushing. Good luck!

This is why we need better labor laws smh. Other countries don't have these problems with their leave policies.
