I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Have you tried updating your info online? Sometimes its faster than calling

pro tip: call right when they open. youll have a better chance of getting thru

make sure u get the name of who u talk to and a reference number for the call. learned that the hard way when i had to call back and start all over 😭
