SDI payment late, can't log in to account. Anyone else?

Ugh, I feel you. The SDI system is a total mess rn. Have you tried calling them? It's a pain, but sometimes it's the only way to get answers.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. Used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes SDI emails end up there. Also, try clearing your browser cache and cookies before logging in again.

This is why we need to FIRE NEWSOM! The whole system is broken and nobody's fixing it. 🤬

Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member's office? They can sometimes help push things along with SDI.
