Need help reaching a live agent for SDI claim questions - any tips?

Hey everyone, I need to talk to someone about my SDI claim but I'm having trouble getting through. I've got some questions and I really need to speak with an actual person. Anyone have any tips on how to reach a live agent?

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. I've been dealing with SDI for months now and let me tell you, it's a nightmare. Here's what I've learned: ā€¢ Persistence is key. Keep calling, even if you get disconnected. ā€¢ Document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every interaction. ā€¢ If you can, try to find a specific person to talk to and get their direct line. ā€¢ Be prepared with all your info before you call. They'll ask for your claim number, SSN, etc. ā€¢ If all else fails, contact your local state representative. They can sometimes intervene on your behalf. Good luck, OP. You're gonna need it. šŸ˜…
