How to update phone number on SDI account? Tips for reaching EDD?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble updating my phone number on my SDI account. I've been trying to reach them but no luck. Anyone have any tips on how to get through to a real person? I'm worried about missing important updates. Any advice would be appreciated!

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried calling early in the morning? I heard that's the best time to get through. Also, make sure you have all your account info ready when you call. They'll ask for it.

I'd say around 8 AM when they open. But be prepared to wait on hold for a while. Bring a book or something lol

If you call even earlier, like at 7:50 AM, sometimes you might find it easier to get through right when they start taking calls at 8.
