EDD stopped disability payments after sending second form - What to do?

Hey everyone, I'm having issues with my disability payments. I sent in my form and got one payment, but then they sent me another form and I think it stopped the payments. I was supposed to get paid yesterday but nothing came through. Has anyone else dealt with this? What should I do?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your online account for any new messages or forms 2. If nothing there, try to get through on the phone (use the trick someone mentioned about calling right when they open) 3. If you can't get through, send a message through your online account 4. As a last resort, you might need to go to an EDD office in person Don't give up! It's a pain, but persistence is key with these bureaucratic nightmares. Good luck!
