EDD SDI claim update: No response after submitting doctor form a month ago. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm at my wits end here. I submitted the doctor form for my claim update over a month ago and haven't heard a peep. No response, no update, nothing. It's like my form disappeared into a black hole. Anyone else dealing with this? Any advice on how to actually get someone to look at my case?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
