Oof, been there done that. Make sure you keep copies of EVERYTHING. Every piece of paper, every email, every fax. You never know what theyll say they didnt receive 🙄

idk if this helps but my claim got denied cuz my doctor filled out the form wrong. might be worth double checking all your paperwork
