Calls keep dropping when trying to reach specialist - Any tips to actually get through?

Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue with my phone calls dropping. I've been trying to reach a specialist for hours now, and every time I finally get through, the call just cuts off. It's driving me crazy! Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to actually get someone on the line and keep them there? I'm at my wits' end here and could really use some advice.

I found a way to solve phone calls dropping during support, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnekXcDshjc

Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been dealing with the same issue for weeks now. It's like they're purposely making it impossible to get help. Have you tried calling at different times of the day? I've had slightly better luck in the early morning, but it's still a nightmare.

Early morning is defintely the way to go. I usually try around 7:30 AM and it seems to work better. Still a pain tho šŸ™„

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

20 bucks? Idk man, seems kinda steep just to make a phone call...

I get the skepticism, but honestly, after wasting hours trying to get through, it was worth every penny to me. Saved me so much time and frustration.

How long did you have to wait once you used the service?

It took about 2 hours, but I didn't have to sit there listening to hold music. The service called me when an agent was on the line.

Have you tried using their online portal instead? Sometimes it's easier to get things done through there rather than calling.

This is ridiculous. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to talk to someone. The whole system is broken and needs to be overhauled. šŸ˜”

Preach! šŸ™Œ It's like they're actively trying to make it as difficult as possible for us.

Totally agree. We need to start contacting our representatives about this. It's unacceptable.

Here's what I've learned after months of dealing with this issue: ā€¢ Persistence is key. Keep trying, even if it feels hopeless. ā€¢ Document everything. Write down who you talked to, when, and what they said. ā€¢ Use multiple channels - phone, email, online portal, even social media if you have to. ā€¢ Be polite but firm with the agents. It's not their fault the system sucks, but they might be able to help if you're nice. ā€¢ If all else fails, consider reaching out to your local government representative. They sometimes have special channels to escalate issues. Hope this helps someone out there. We're all in this together!
