Got disconnected during important call - how to get a callback?

Ugh, that sucks! I've had that happen to me before. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone. 🙄

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Have you tried calling right when they open? I've had better luck getting through that way.

This is why I always record my calls. If they disconnect, at least I have proof of what was said before the cut-off.

I've been dealing with this for MONTHS. It's ridiculous how broken the system is. We need to start a petition or something to get them to fix their phone systems!

Pro tip: If you get disconnected, immediately call back and tell the agent you were just on the line with someone. Sometimes they'll put you through to a supervisor who can help faster.
