The ebtEDGE app or site has got to be the most frustrating and non-user-friendly app I have encountered. There is no way to go and delete all the old information that has been put in before. Then when you put all your info in, they can't find you. Whoever put this app together really didn’t iron out the kinks and forgot everyone isn’t tech-savvy or has a smart phone.
