Anyone in 559 area received P-EBT for kids with last name B? (2025 distribution)

I'm in Visalia (also 559) with last name starting with B and just got our P-EBT cards yesterday! They're definitely still sending them out. The distribution seems really random though - my sister's last name starts with C and she got hers two weeks ago. If you're really worried, try the P-EBT hotline, but be prepared to wait FOREVER. I wonder if they are going by school district and not just alphabet? My daughter's friend (last name W) got hers last week but we're still waiting (last name D). Same school. So confusing!!
