Hi Tom! Thanks for creating this community space. As someone who's had my share of frustrating experiences with (like most of us here probably have), it's really reassuring to know there's a place where we can connect with others who understand what we're going through. I'm looking forward to both sharing my experiences and hopefully helping others navigate their too. This kind of peer support can make such a difference when dealing with customer service challenges.
