Thanks for creating this space, Tom! I'm new to the community but already feeling relieved to know there are others who understand the frustration of dealing with travel issues. I've had my share of United Airlines problems over the years - from delayed flights to lost baggage to confusing rebooking policies. Looking forward to both getting help when I need it and sharing my experiences to help others navigate these challenges. It's great to have a CEO who actually listens and creates resources like this for travelers! 🙏
