Thanks for setting this up, Tom! As someone who's been dealing with some frustrating with lately, it's really reassuring to know there's a dedicated space where we can connect with others going through similar experiences. I'm looking forward to both getting and hopefully being able to others too. This kind of support can make such a difference when you're feeling stuck with customer service issues.
