ESD approved AND denied my claim - confused about quit vs. misconduct situation

I'm completely lost with my ESD claim situation. I was fired from my most recent job in December 2024 (just before Christmas) and ESD determined it was for misconduct. BUT, I had quit a different job a few weeks earlier because they wouldn't adjust my schedule to accommodate my childcare needs. Here's where it gets weird - ESD denied my claim because of the job I quit, but simultaneously approved it because of the job that fired me for misconduct. The determination letter says I can reapply during the 7th week after quitting the first job, but I don't understand if I need to start a completely new claim or just continue with my current disqualified one? I've tried calling but can't get through to anyone. The online portal doesn't explain this situation at all. Has anyone dealt with this bizarre approve/deny situation before? What am I supposed to do?
