Can you get unemployment if you're laid off from Washington ESD job?
My company just announced they're doing layoffs next month and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be affected. I've never filed for unemployment before so I'm not sure how this works. If you get laid off (not fired for cause), are you automatically eligible for Washington ESD benefits? What do I need to do to apply? I'm really stressed about this whole situation and want to make sure I understand the process.
