TWC PIN Reset Nightmare: How to Actually Talk to a Human?

Ugh, I feel your pain. The automated system is a nightmare. I've been trying to reset my PIN for weeks now. It's like they don't want us to get through!

Have you tried the online portal? Sometimes you can reset your PIN there without having to call.

Pro tip: if you press 0 repeatedly during the automated message, sometimes it'll transfer you to a human. Doesn't always work but worth a shot!
