Can I claim partial unemployment after returning to part-time work in New York?
I started getting unemployment benefits in December, but I just got a part-time job this week. Is it possible to keep claiming partial unemployment if I'm working less than 15 hours a week? Not sure how this affects my benefits or if I need to report it.
