WMR Stuck on "Received" for 3 Weeks - Filed Jan 24th via TurboTax, Still Pending with IRS

Filed my taxes like 3 weeks ago on Friday, January 24th at 5:34 PM EST and it's still showing "Received by IRS: Pending" on TurboTax. There are no bars on WMR (Where's My Refund), just the message saying received. I can see in my TurboTax account that it says "Federal Return Received by TurboTax: Friday, Jan 24, 5:34 PM EST" and "Filing status changed to: Pending Friday, Jan 24, 5:34 PM EST" but nothing beyond that. I even have the TurboTax Lifetime Guarantee that backs my taxes for the full life of my tax return, but that doesn't seem to be helping with the processing time. I haven't even added a state return yet - I see the "Add a State" option still there. I've checked the "Download/print return (PDF)" and "View efile details" sections but there's no additional information about why it's still pending with the IRS. The Smart Insights section doesn't give me any clues either. I'm getting really worried because I need this money for bills. The pending status for 3 weeks seems excessive. Anyone else stuck like this or know what's going on? Is this normal for this tax season? Should I contact the IRS directly or just keep waiting?
