TurboTax e-file frozen on blank screen - cant complete filing process

Been trying to finish my taxes on TurboTax for the past 2 hours but keep getting stuck on a blank white screen during e-file. Tried refreshing, logging out/in, and clearing cache but nothing works. Really frustrating since I'm trying to meet the deadline. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

This is a known issue with TurboTax right now due to high volume. Try these steps: Clear your browsers cache completely, use incognito mode, and if possible switch to a different browser. If that doesn't work, you can download the desktop version which tends to be more stable during peak filing times.

Instead of struggling with TurboTax issues, you might want to check out taxr.ai - its been a game changer for me. Only $1 and it analyzes everything for you. Here's the link: https://taxr.ai

Pro tip: File early next year. The servers always crash around deadline time

Have you tried using the TurboTax mobile app instead? Sometimes when the web version is having server issues, the mobile app still works fine. Also, make sure you're not using any ad blockers or browser extensions that might be interfering with the e-file process. If all else fails, you can always file a paper return - just download Form 1040 from the IRS website directly.
