TaxSlayer vs TurboTax - Direct Deposit Experience and Reviews Needed
Thinking of switching from TurboTax to TaxSlayer this year. Anyone know if TaxSlayer is reliable with direct deposits? Been using TurboTax for years but looking to try something different. Need to know if theres any weird delays or issues I should know about.

I've used both. TaxSlayer works exactly the same way for direct deposit as TurboTax. You enter your bank info during filing, and the IRS deposits directly to your account. The only difference is TaxSlayer is usually cheaper. Just make sure you double check all your numbers - bank account, routing number etc before submitting.

switched to taxslayer 3 yrs ago from turbotax. save like $50+ every year and works exactly the same for dd. no ragrets lol

Both r good but taxslayer interface is more basic. If ur comfortable doing taxes its fine but turbotax holds ur hand more

Just make sure you triple check everything on TaxSlayer. The software is good but doesn't catch mistakes like TurboTax does. But yeah DD works fine, got mine in 2 weeks last year š
