PATH Act Confusion: Getting Refund with ACTC Before PATH Lift Date?
I'm checking my transcripts and im super confused. I have child tax credit and additional child tax credit but no earned income credit. I thought anyone with ACTC had to wait for PATH to lift but my transcripts just updated showing refund being issued 2/14. Can someone explain why im getting it early when I have ACTC?

The PATH Act delay only applies if you claim BOTH the Earned Income Credit AND Additional Child Tax Credit. Since you only have ACTC without EIC, your refund isn't subject to the PATH Act hold. You're good to go for that 2/14 deposit date!
