Minnesota State Tax Return 2024 - Anyone received theirs or have DDD? Filed early
Filed my Minnesota state taxes and still waiting on my refund. Getting anxious seeing others get theirs. When did you file and have you gotten your refund or at least a direct deposit date? Let me know your timeline so I can get an idea of the wait.

Tax specialist here - MN is currently processing returns filed in January. Average processing time is 4-6 weeks for electronic returns, 8-10 weeks for paper. You can check your refund status on the MN Revenue website or call their automated system at 651-296-4444.

Filed mine on Jan 23rd and still waiting too! 😤 Getting super anxious seeing people who filed after me already getting theirs. Called the automated line but it just says "processing" with no timeline. Really hope we hear something soon because I need that refund money for some bills coming up. •I'm in the exact same boat! Filed Jan 25th and still nothing. From what I've read, it seems pretty random which ones they process first - doesn't seem to follow a strict date order. Some people are saying if you have any credits or deductions that need manual review it can slow things down. Hang in there, hopefully we'll both get some good news soon! 🤞

Starting to wonder if there's an issue with my return or if they're just really backed up this year. Anyone else filed around mid-January still waiting? •Filed Jan 18th and same situation! 😭 I think they're just really backed up this year. I've been checking obsessively too lol. From what I can tell from everyone's posts, it seems like there's no rhyme or reason to the order they're processing. Some Jan filers are still waiting while some Feb filers already got theirs. Super frustrating but at least we're not alone in this! Hopefully our batch gets processed soon 🙏

Filed mine January 31st and got my refund deposited this morning! 🎉 Took about 5 weeks total which seems to be pretty typical based on what I'm seeing here. For those still waiting - I know it's frustrating but hang in there! The processing really does seem random this year. I was checking the status obsessively too but it updated overnight from "processing" to "refund sent" without any warning. Good luck everyone!
