Little back story leading up to "review" of 2021 refund. The irs paid 3 years of back taxes from the refund, then sent me a refund check from 2019 for over payment a few weeks ago, yet still under review, after the 9 weeks I was told to wait. Did the in person verification. Have an 810 freeze from August as well, last update to my transcript for 2021. Calling doesn't seem to yield any results as well. Anyone else experiencing these issues or something similar?

No letter either saying freeze or review btw

yes, verified in person after receiving the 5747C letter. I was told everything was good to go, then WHERE'S MY REFUND updated to show the TAX TOPIC 151, KNOW YOUR APPEAL RIGHTS. The phone number it says to call is 800 829 0582 and ask for ext 362 or 462, but that number is impossible to get through on and I can't figure out how to get Claimyr to dial that number. I went back to the IRS office and spoke with a regular agent, who again verified my identity and said she could not see a reason for the hold up. All she could do was suggest getting through to someone at the previously mentioned number. Due to the mention of APPEAL, I'm assuming a portion of my expected refund was applied to some type of outstanding debt. But there seems to be no one available to speak with that can help me resolve the matter. So FRUSTRATING
