Letter 86C - IRS sent my refund inquiry to Ogden unit - good or bad news?
I received letter 86c from the IRS stating my inquiry from June (when I called them) has been forwarded to the Ogden Refund Inquiry unit. Anyone know if this is positive progress or just more delays ahead?
