IRS Federal Return Acceptance Timeline - How many days until acceptance?
I filed my federal return electronically yesterday through TurboTax and still haven't gotten the acceptance notification. Starting to get nervous since I'm expecting a decent refund. Anyone know how long this normally takes?

The IRS typically accepts electronically filed returns within 24-48 hours. However, acceptance just means they received it - not that your refund is approved. Keep your confirmation number handy and check Where's My Refund tool after 24 hours. If you don't see acceptance by day 3, contact your tax preparer.
