GA State Tax Refund Delays 2024 - Anyone Seeing Movement?
Filed my Georgia state return in early January and still nothing. Been checking the where's my refund page daily but it's stuck on received. Starting to get worried since I usually get it within 21 days. Anyone else from GA seeing any movement on theirs?

GA DOR is experiencing significant delays this year. They're implementing new fraud detection systems which is slowing down processing. Most returns are taking 6-8 weeks minimum right now, even for simple returns. Keep checking your status weekly rather than daily - it'll help with the anxiety.
