Filed 2021 Taxes in March 2022: Still Waiting for $36,344 Refund as IRS Transcript Shows Processing Date of Feb 2025

I filed my 2021 return back in March 2022. I keep checking my transcripts and still nothing. This is getting ridiculous! I'm owed over $36,344.00 and every time I call the IRS they tell me something different. Has anyone actually gotten their 2021 refund recently or am I alone in this mess? I just checked my account transcript today (January 30, 2025) and I'm so frustrated. No amounts showing for my credits, no indication that anything is actually happening with my refund. I filed as Head of Household and qualified for Earned Income Credit, but there's nothing showing that my refund is actually processing or when I might receive it. Every time I call the IRS they give me different answers - first they said wait 21 days, then they said there was an error, then they said it's in processing, and now they're saying to just keep waiting. Is anyone else experiencing this kind of delay for their 2021 refund? I'm desperate for this money!
