TurboTax's "Expedited" Refund Failed - Won't Get $1,810 Until Original Date (01/29/2025) Despite Paying Extra Fees

Just found out filing 5 days before the official start date completely messed up my return. I just got an email from TurboTax about "Update on your federal refund" where they said "Your federal refund will now arrive by its original expected date of 01-30-2025. We couldn't expedite it by five days as planned. You won't be charged any 5 day early fees." So I paid the extra fees to get my refund "expedited" and now they're just telling me it'll arrive on the original date anyway? Plus I had an offset I didn't know about. My federal refund before fees was supposed to be $1,910.74, and I paid total fees of $278 including $89 for TurboTax Live Deluxe. Now I'm stuck in limbo and can't get through to anyone at the IRS. TurboTax just says "We'll send you an email when your refund is on its way." I'm really frustrated because I specifically paid to get this faster, and now it's not happening. Has anyone else filed early and got stuck? Did TurboTax offer you an "expedited" refund option that didn't actually work? I'm wondering if this is a common issue with filing before the official start date.
