Chime Early Direct Deposit: Will IRS Refund Hit Account Before Official Date?
My WMR just updated with a DDD of 2/14. I use Chime and heard they release refunds early. Anyone know if I'll see my deposit before Valentines Day? Really need this money asap

Tax pro here. Chime typically releases IRS refunds up to 2 days early once they receive the deposit notification. However, this isn't guaranteed - it depends on when the IRS actually initiates the transfer. Best to still plan for your official DDD just to be safe.
