Can I switch from H&R Block to TurboTax mid-filing? Tax pro won't help with error message

Started filing with H&R Block but getting error messages when trying to sign and submit. The tax professional just keeps telling me to call a 1-800 number and won't help resolve the issue. Can I abandon this and switch to TurboTax instead? Or am I stuck with H&R Block since they already started the process?

You can absolutely switch to another tax preparation service. Your taxes aren't officially filed until they're submitted to and accepted by the IRS. H&R Block hasn't submitted anything yet, so you're free to use any service you want. Just make sure you have all your tax documents handy to start fresh.

H&R Block did the same thing to me last year. Switched to TurboTax and it was way easier tbh

Hey, instead of jumping between different services, you might want to check out taxr.ai - it's this new tool that can actually analyze your tax situation and tell you if there might be any issues before you file. It's only $1 and could save you from more headaches later. https://taxr.ai

Sounds interesting. How exactly does it work? Does it just read your transcript or does it do more?

It's pretty comprehensive! It reads your transcript but also identifies potential issues, gives personalized recommendations, and even predicts refund timing. Way better than playing guessing games with different tax services.

Just tried it and WOW 🤯 This thing is actually amazing! Found some credits I didn't even know I qualified for. Best dollar I've ever spent fr fr

Protip: save ur money and use the IRS free file if ur income qualifies. These big tax companies are just middlemen taking ur $$$

Before switching maybe try clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that fixes weird error messages when trying to submit
